Trumpville 1 - September 17 – Life goes on, the biased get more biased, hate blossoms, and stupidity reigns supreme.

Sad to say but things seem to keep getting worse in the war of words, the battle of emotions, and the intellectual constipation on all sides of the nonsense.  One might call it freedom of speech but that implies someone is telling the truth, or a breakdown of fact checking to where the fact checkers have to be checked, or a matter of politicians and journalists drowning on their own egos.

The fake and biased reporting by the so-called news media has gotten sooo bad it is an insult to the Constitution and the First Amendment.  Nowhere does it say lies, rumors, innuendo and smear campaigns are protected by the Constitution.  Nowhere does it say anonymous sources are guaranteed rights.

Perhaps the most unethical and blatant case of lying by the media is the claim of many of them that they adhere to fair and balanced reporting.  Are you kidding me?  NBC, MSNBC, CNN, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Huffington Post among others are the defenders of the left, often the advocates of liberal and progressive causes, and in truth are hardcore Trump haters.

One should ask why?  Did they love Hillary so much they hated any opposition?  Are they in on the many secrets of the Obama administration and figure if Trump sets his sights on paying back the Clinton and Obama machines once he gets through the maze of investigations, that their idols will be put to shame?

Are the liberal news media so dependent on encouraging the theft of government secrets through Obama, Clinton, and anti-Trump sources within the administration that if Trump investigates and cuts off the leaking faucet, the media will lose more ratings thus more money?

The same can be said of the Republican establishment.  They have many secrets to hide and Trump, whose GOP loyalty is subject to constant change, is considered a danger to some of them as well.  As for the conservative press, mainly Fox News, it is about as unbiased as CNN.

The truth in America has not been hijacked by the Russians, Chinese, Iran or North Korea, it was stolen by a rather large group of media and politicians who think they know better what is good for America.  For shame.

The dumbest of the dumb mistakes by all these parties to polarization, hate, lies and disruption is their clear attitude that the American public is so dumb they can be fooled by the Slick Willies in Washington and NYC.  I would add California but they live in another dimension from us, out beyond La La Land.

In the early Twentieth Century New York City was the hotbed of socialism, communism, liberalism et al. In the Twenty-first Century California has replaced NYC as the core of the far left in America, the defender of sin, the home of the technology slave masters of the future, a haven for Hollywood sex trafficking, and challenger to the Constitution.

In fact, California is such a bulwark and backbone of liberalism that if California did not vote in the last election, Trump would have won the election by millions of votes in all the other states and territories.  California is either a safety zone or prison for far-left progressives.  Now that liberal Obama henchman Rahm Emanuel is being driven out of Chicago there may very well be another surge in liberals moving to California.

So that is today.  We await the conclusion of the Supreme Court nominee.  The Cory Booker Bluff failed when he forgot to tell the truth, then like a truth denier of truth he lied about his untruth.  As the Guardian Newspaper described him, “Cory Booker: the inexorable rise of Newark’s neoliberal egomaniac.”

As for the last-minute Democrat inspired and managed sexual misconduct charge, well, if we were all accountable for things that happened 37 years ago there might be no one left on the streets.  Odd that a nominee for supreme court is attacked for something from 37 years ago but no mention by the liberals of the lack of prosecution of serial sexual abuser Harvey Weinstein of Hollywood and Democrat fame.

Ivy league statesman and former senator John Kerry has jumped into the sandbox with shenanigans one might expect from, uh, Trump, and certainly that is not becoming of his view of himself in the mirror.  When one plays in Trump’s sandbox they have become a hostage to their own egos.

Once upon a time the Ivy League was above such gutter tactics but I guess everything changes in the modern world.  The Ivy League, which has now provided us thirty-two straight years of presidents (at the end of Trump’s first term) from Yale, Harvard and Penn, seems a bit perplexed.

 

Some historic achievements the quite liberal leaning Ivy League is providing includes the only president to graduate from both Harvard and Yale, surprisingly George Bush, Jr., the first elected president to be impeached from Yale, Bill Clinton, Obama (Harvard) shattered the color barrier for the presidency, while Trump (Penn) broke a twenty-eight-year stranglehold by Yale and Harvard on the presidency (1988-2016).

Of the 45 men who have served as President of the United States, 16 have graduated from an Ivy League university. Of them, eight have degrees from Harvard, five from Yale, three from Columbia, two from Princeton and one from Penn. Twelve presidents have earned Ivy undergraduate degrees. 

  

Obama has recently moved from financing the war against Trump to publicly attacking Trump as he continues to try to united the world in a New World Order.  Since he had few accomplishments his eight years as president beyond breaking the color barrier to the presidency, which was an amazing and historic feat in and of itself, he continues to travel the world while also taking shots at Trump.

Obamaville October 21 - Who are the builders and who are the destroyers? Presidential Politics when the Outsiders take on the Politicians

Well the political pundits and lame street media should pay attention because they are all missing the point when it comes to the will of the people.

Americans are fed up with institutional constipation, they are fed up with political polarization, they are fed up with years of government inertia, and they are fed up with lies from politicians and elected representatives.

Those that think they control the will of the American people will no longer get away with their lies, divisiveness, and manipulation.  We have come to the end of an era, when entire classes of people were taken for granted by our political parties.  Truth is in the results, and the results condemn the system we have.

Look at the record.  Our government now spends $3.4 trillion dollars a year.  What do we get for the taxes we pay, more lies, more deception, more excuses, and no action.  Obama brags that he has reduced the annual deficit to $532 billion, but forgets to say he has raised the national debt to  $18.4 trillion.

On January 20, 2009, when Obama took office, the national debt stood at $10.6 trillion and today it stands at $18.4 trillion.  That is over a 73% increase in less than seven years.  Our economy has not recovered, we have simply mortgaged our lives, our future, and our children's future.

Once upon a time people dared to live the American dream.  No more.  As The Wall Street Journal reported last January:

"The U.S. homeownership fell to its lowest level in 20 years at the end of 2014—levels last seen when national leaders embarked on a broad push to expand homeownership in the mid-1990s.

The Commerce Department’s estimates published Thursday show that, after adjusting for seasonal factors, some 63.9% of U.S. households owned their homes in the fourth quarter, a level last recorded in the third quarter of 1994. The homeownership rate hasn’t fallen below that level since 1988."

Obama and the mouthpieces for the Democratic Party espouse on the strength of our economic recovery yet millions of people simply gave up seeking a job while millions more took major incomes reductions to work.

Obamacare promised affordable health care to all Americans, and the president signed the bill on March 23, 2010, nearly five years ago.  Today, sadly, the number of uninsured non-elderly Americans in 2014 (the most current statistics) is 32 million and that does not count the eleven or more million illegal immigrants using emergency services.

Health care, prescription drug, food, and education costs have all increased much faster than wages and the number of Americans in poverty has increased since Obama took office from 12.5% to nearly 15%, a total of about 48 million people.  Is that what we were promised?

So now we are in the midst of another election.  This time it is the outsiders against the insiders with Trump, Carson, and Fiorina on the GOP side and Sanders on the Democrat side.  The principle establishment politicians are Bush and Clinton.  What is that all about?  Twenty-three years ago, it was Bush and Clinton running for president.  Have we not had enough of the Bush - Clinton years?

Here are the hard facts.  Over half of the eligible voters in America refuse to participate in the voting process.  Beyond that, over forty percent of the people who do register to vote refused both political parties and registered as Independents.

That means the all the Democrat or all the Republican Party members make up about fifteen percent of the eligible voters.  It means fewer eligible voters actually vote than any point in our history and what Obama and the lame street media called the Obama mandate from the people in the last election, was a joke.

In fact, in 2012 the Obama mandate came from just 23.5% of the eligible voters.  Or, seventy-five percent of the eligible voters DID NOT vote for Obama - some mandate.

Barack Obama - Great Expectations - Dickens and the Left

Looking back at the nearly six years since Barack Obama stunned the world and was elected the first Black president in American history, it is not hard to see how he was more suited as a cast  member of the movie Great Expectations than the reality of leading a nation full of Great Expectations.

Whereas Charles Dickens' 13th novel, Great Expectations, was the story of a young lad coming of age, so was Obama's election that of a young lad coming of age.  Dickens' Great Expectations is a graphic book, full of extreme imagery, poverty, prison ships, "the hulks," barriers and chains, and fights to the death.

I see the same kind of extreme imagery in Obama's journey through the presidency.  Surrounded by powerful bankers and other insidious scoundrels and dependent on a host of close advisors and friends whose principal purpose was the exercise of self-serving greed, experience proved a very tough lesson for Dickens' Pip and America's Obama.

"Welcome to the presidency Barack," came the deafening roar of the liberal left and socialist lefter with every special interest group East of Eden clamoring for a piece of the fat cat Wall Street 1% of the wealth in America.

His embedded constituency never believed in Obama's message of HOPE plastered everywhere during the campaign.  They had no intention of "hoping" for anything, all along they were prepared to take what they wanted from whomever they wanted.

That might work in the smoke filled rooms of a long forgotten political yesteryear but this is not yesteryear, the public soon found out that those rascal fat cats could be disguised as either Republicans or Democrats with the results being much the same.

Well into his 7th year as president Obama still has no meaningful tax reform to keep the rich from getting richer and the poor poorer.  There is no immigration reform, no massive defense spending cuts so we could finance Obama's big government social agenda.

Health care and education in America are the world's most expensive disasters as the more money we throw at the problems the more entrenched the crooks and vast the crannies where billions of dollars just seem to disappear.

We almost have wound down war to the point where we have the worlds most powerful and angry fighting force and no war to go play in.  Powerful because the military industrial complex that really rules the world has had a siphon sucking our defense billions into their R&D, new and useless weapons systems, and war after war.

Obama was greeted into the presidency by the worst recession since the last time Wall Street was caught with their fingers in Uncle Sugars' federal cookie jar, the Great Depression.

In 2008 it was home mortgage fraud on a scale beyond imagination.

It was securities fraud and deception enabling crooks to control the stock markets.

It was bankrupt union and government pension programs because of incredible extravagance.

When the bankers, home mortgage financiers, powerful labor unions, Wall Street securities experts and of course the politicians and bureaucrats all share in the illegal wealth being generated well, is it any wonder why the rich get richer and the poor get screwed?

Of course the Main Street media, that Constitutionally protected force in America that went from reporting the news to manufacturing the news in order to serve their own special interests, jumped on the Obama bandwagon either because they saw him as the Messiah of a New Social Order or they were ordered to by their advertisers.

So let us review history.

 Obama #44 was greeted into the presidency by an economic disaster.

Bush #43 was welcomed into the presidency by the 911 Twin Towers catastrophe.

Clinton #42 was welcomed into the presidency by a bunch of young girl friends.

Bush, Sr. #41 was welcomed into the presidency by Desert Storm.

Reagan #40 was welcomed into the presidency by the Iran hostage crisis and the economic crisis.

Carter #39, was welcomed into the presidency by the Watergate scandal aftermath and public skepticism.

Ford #38 was welcomed into the presidency when the prior president disappeared on a helicopter. 

Nixon #37 was welcomed into the presidency with the Viet Nam war raging out of control.

Johnson #36 was welcomed into the presidency when his predecessor was assassinated.

Kennedy #35 was welcomed into the presidency by the Cuban missile crisis and Berlin Wall.

Eisenhower #34 was welcomed into the presidency with the Korean War.

Truman #33 was welcomed into the presidency with the atomic bombs dropping on Japan.

Roosevelt #32 was welcomed into the presidency with the Great Depression.

Hoover #31 was welcomed into the presidency with the 1929 Wall Street collapse.

Wait a minute, do you mean the last 14 presidents have all faced foreboding events in national and world affairs before or very early into their presidency?  Why on Earth didn't the Main Street media tells us about our history instead only focusing on Obama?

Every single one of the last 14 presidents with the exception of Clinton whose problems were kept pretty much undercover faced huge problems when taking office.

So maybe Obama didn't have it all that bad.  Maybe the Democratic leaders just need to stop whining about all their problems and roadblocks and roll up their sleeves and get to work.

There are still some issues of such importance to our future and magnitude to our present that if Obama and his enemy, the Republicans, could work together they still might leave a legacy of never losing sight that they are first and foremost Americans.
