HUFFPOLLSTER: It’s Finally Election Day, And Things Look Good For Democrats
Go vote, and then read on for poll-based projections and a look back at 2016.
By Natalie Jackson, Ariel Edwards-Levy, and Janie Velencia
HuffPost’s poll-based forecasts give Hillary Clinton the win and the Democrats a narrow Senate majority. Many Americans are going to be unhappy regardless of the outcome. And we take a look back at the campaign. This is HuffPollster for Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

POLL-BASED PROJECTIONS GIVE CLINTON THE WIN - HuffPollster: “The HuffPost presidential forecast model gives Democrat Hillary Clinton a 98.2 percent chance of winning the presidency. Republican Donald Trump has essentially no path to an Electoral College victory.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

What the HuffPost did not mention back then nor since the election was that there was a Trump victory forecast in the HuffPost, and not on election day but nineteen days BEFORE the election, published on October 19, 2016 in the HuffPost, almost a month before the actual vote.
At the time Trump was double-digits behind in the polls.
More remarkably, however, was the earlier story did not just project a win for Trump, but it gave a detailed timeline of how the vote would change throughout the day and night of the election in the form of bulletins, even forecasting the totals would stop changing in late evening and by the middle of the night the realization that Clinton actually would lose the election.
Well I was a HuffPost Contributor at the time and I wrote the story which can be found in the HuffPost archives.  Here is exactly what was published in the HuffPost on the election results three weeks before the election took place.

Polls Close in East - Hillary Declared Winner
The polls just closed in the East while remaining open in the Midwest and West, but the mainstream media has already declared Hillary Clinton the 45th and first female in our nation’s history President.
Based on the results of Exit Polls throughout the country, most media declared Hillary the decisive winner. The Exit Polls are interviews with actual voters leaving the voting booths.
Unlike other political polls of which there are many, only one presidential Exit Poll exists and is taken. Since the poll is owned by a coalition of the major television networks, and it is not released in it’s entirety to the public, there is no way to validate or verify the results.
In spite of the tremendous media bias against Donald Trump and media devotion to Hillary Clinton, it still seems a bit odd the networks declared her the winner with just below 5% of the national vote cast and counted.
Over 50% of the public still has time to get out and vote. One might suspect there is media collusion in trying to discourage possible Trump supporters in these states to give up and not vote for Trump.

Historic Hillary Victory a Tidal Wave claim Pundits
The polls have now closed in the continental United States as the nation and world await the results of the presidential election. So far just 22% of the popular vote has been reported.
Early absentee voting tallies indicate a record number of Americans cast their ballots before election day. Political pundits say it is another great sign for a Hillary landslide. “Banner headlines” in the major newspapers early editions, along with a never ending stream of “braking news” bulletins on television networks rejoice in the Clinton victory over Donald Trump, as projected by the media.
No results are official until certified by the election boards in each state. None have been certified yet and the national tracking map indicates no electoral votes have been awarded.

Top of Form
Bottom of Form
The national media continues to tout the Exit Polls and a Hillary landslide but the release of actual vote totals is at an excruciatingly slow pace by the states.
Those votes reported to the media indicate a much closer race than the Exit Poll blowout projection. No pattern is emerging in voting other than a near dead heat in national vote total while the seven key swing states remain too close to predict at this time.
Could it be the national news media Exit Poll is wrong? Early indications suggest if the TV networks actually reported the results received in Exit interviews, the voters were giving misleading answers to the media.
Perhaps voters believe they have a right to keep silent when it comes to elections, an exercise of their right to privacy.
At the same time, there are reports of much higher new voter totals than expected, and the turnout among Independents and Republicans is up significantly.

Clinton Landslide fails to Materialize - Exit Polls Wrong - but How Wrong?
A haunting silence has overcome the nation as Americans wake up and go to work expecting to hear from our new President Hillary Clinton. Instead, there is a heightened sense of anxiety on the part of those prematurely declaring Clinton the victor.
After late night calls for a Clinton victory celebration, her failure to pull away in the electoral count has stunned and silenced her Establishment friends.
While all seven key swing states hang perilously in the balance, the leader in popular votes swings wildly from Clinton to Trump and back like a pendulum on steroids.
Perhaps the Populist Revolution did not fade away as predicted by the Establishment and their news media. Maybe the election has nothing to do with Donald Trump but is a referendum on Clinton and the Establishment.
If proven true, it will be the greatest upset in election history far surpassing the Truman - Dewey race in 1948.

The Melchizedek Chronicles - Impeachment - Last Gasp of the Progressive/Liberal Establishment and Mainstream Media Mouthpieces?

As the media feeding frenzy rages on and the Dump Trumpsters are foaming at the mouth there are several upcoming events with the potential to far overshadow the political circus in our nation's capitol.  In truth, these yet to happen events have the potential to suck the life out of the political establishment that now is on life-support systems.

Collapse of New Old World Order

Of course, the backdrop for what might happen should be warning enough to the Trump haters who dominate the main street news and clog the arteries of the Capitol in Washington, DC.  You see, as the impeachment vortex swirls around Washington, DC and New York City, the last remnants of the old New World Order advocates, the general public has already rejected the zealots.

Confidence in Congress and the news media in America has crashed to the lowest levels ever seen and the public believes well over half of all news media reports are fake, phony or fabricated.  At the same time every media vestige of the elite left is suffering crashing ratings or sales as thousands of people a month continue to cut the chord of media blabber.

Even the slavery platforms of social media who attempted to hijack the news forums from the mouthpieces of mainstream media to push the radical liberal agenda have blown their credibility as well, through their relentless efforts to violate every last bit of privacy in America.  The public views them as the greedy conduit for fake news.

The liberal house of cards is crashing down as the advocates for polarization, hatred and division are losing their voices to reason.  The underlying foundation for impeachment, besides self-preservation of the elitists and establishment, is that the general public is too stupid to fact check the fact checkers.

Only the People can protect America from harm.

Well, they were wrong.  The American public long ago recognized the dangers to our cherished Republic and the challenges to our Constitution and the attempts to restrict our freedom, rights and equality.

Maybe most politicians and certainly the media could be bought off with billions of dollars of campaign contributions and advertising, but not the public.  We were warned about the dangers by Eisenhower and Lincoln and others, and the people listened.

For the past century there has been a decline in political party influence, which the Dumpsters seem to have missed.  Once upon a time there were only two parties of consequence, the Democrats and Republicans.  In 2016, for the first time in our history, there were more non-party members voting than party.

In fact, here is what is in store for 2020 as the Independents continue to surge ahead of the old establishment parties, policies and politics.

Population Demographics

Total Population 18+                      250 million
Total Eligible Voters                       230 million

Total Registered Voters                 153 million
        Democrats                              48 million         31%
        Republicans                            44 million         29%
        Independents                          58 million         40%

2016 Votes cast                            136 million

The Democratic Debate Debacle

Nowhere is the interest of the public in public affairs more obvious than in the dismal crowds being drawn to the national debates of the herd of Democrat candidates.  Here is what happened over the past few months.

Debate Watchers (Nielsen ratings)

First Debate                                  15 million
Fourth Debate                                 8.3 million     -46%
Percent of Voters                                                   16%

Here is the liberal media admission that something is not right when the louder the noise for impeachment, the more people turn off the political camp gatherings called debates and find something better to do.

This is what Variety had to say about the 46% drop in viewers for the debate.

TV Ratings: Fourth Democratic Debate Draws 8.3 Million Viewers

CREDIT: Matt Baron/Rex/Shutterstock

Last night’s Democratic debate, which saw frontrunner Elizabeth Warren come under attack from all sides, drew around 8.3 million total viewers on CNN.

That viewership figure is down 46% on the first NBC debate which was watched by 15.3 million viewers, and also on the two previous CNN debates which garnered 10.7 million (down 22%) and 9 million (down 8%) respectively. None of the Democratic debates so far in this cycle have come near to the 24 million viewership figure posted by Donald Trump’s first debate on Fox News in August of 2015. According to CNN, 9.2 million viewers live streamed the debate in total on both the network’s and NY Times’ digital platforms.

--------------------------------------------

Two notes and there is nothing more to say about this flop of a reality show.  First, the Democratic Demolition Derby called debates has pushed the entire party off the cliff of reality.  They have stampeded so far to the radical left you might as well have Lenin, Trotsky and Stalin on the ballot.  Not even the real Democrats left standing can stomach the socialist agenda being dutifully articulated by the puppets on stage.

Trump Appoints Supreme Court Justice

What the Wizards of the Left are most afraid of is losing control of the Supreme Court to the moderate and conservative philosophies.  Well they will before the 2020 election and before they can impeach and remove Trump from office because Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg will retire before the election.

Justice Ginsberg has been the most powerful female voice in the history of our court and her actions, decisions and dissents have left a legacy for the future.  When she retires, Trump will appoint a conservative justice, his third appointment to the Supreme Court, and Senator McConnell will get it approved by the Senate.

For the first time there will be a clear conservative majority on our nation's highest court and the liberals will lose their ability to protect social programs, generate more liberal reforms, and to restrict conservative voices.  The result will setback the liberal left for decades to come and while they will not admit it, what scares the Trump haters more than Trump is the possibility of a conservative Supreme Court long after Trump has finished as president.

With her ongoing battles with cancer and her long and distinguished service to the nation, we should thank her for her dedication and service and let her prepare for her last battle on Earth.  She has earned the respect of all whether you agree with her or not, and she has brought great style, grace and humor to the court.

Rather than keep her on the bench until Trump can be impeached or wins re-election, she deserves time for herself, her family and preparing for the hereafter where she will be most welcome I am quite sure.

New DOJ Investigations to confirm Conspiracy Theories?

There are two Justice Department investigations still underway that can change the course of impeachment history by undermining the relentless false charges and claims of the Democrats and their Media Mouthpieces.

The Inspector General of the Justice Department is concluding an investigation of possible wrongdoing by government officials during the Trump election campaign.  This was originally supposed to be completed by June but the IG extended it for five months in order to pursue all the leads uncovered.

A second investigation by the Attorney General in which he appointed a career DOJ US Attorney as lead investigator is looking into the origins of the Trump campaign and the possible efforts through the Clinton campaign, Clinton Foundation, and Obama national security and intelligence people to spy on and undermine the Trump campaign.

This investigation has already led the DOJ to Australia, Italy, the UK, the Ukraine and Russia and to the infamous Steele dossier funded by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, to the tune of millions of dollars.

If half of the conspiracies are proven there will be enough material for a long running TV series but the potential exposures could well threaten the very existence of the current Democratic party as well as a host of high officials in the Obama administration.  This should also be released in the next few weeks.

Baby Boomers - Snippets of our Golden Age

APRIL 3, 2018
Millennials approach Baby Boomers as America’s largest generation in the electorate

Millennials, who are projected to surpass Baby Boomers next year as the United States’ largest living adult generation, are also approaching the Boomers in their share of the American electorate.

As of November 2016, an estimated 62 million Millennials (adults ages 20 to 35 in 2016) were voting-age U.S. citizens, surpassing the 57 million Generation X members (ages 36 to 51) in the nation’s electorate and moving closer in number to the 70 million Baby Boomers (ages 52 to 70), according to a new Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data. Millennials comprised 27% of the voting-eligible population in 2016, while Boomers made up 31%.

In 2016, Generation X and members of the Silent and Greatest generations (ages 71 and older) comprised 25% and 13% of the electorate, respectively. In addition, the oldest members of the post-Millennial generation (those born after 1996) began to make their presence known for the first time – 7 million of these 18- and 19-year-olds were eligible to vote in 2016 (comprising just 3% of the electorate).

The Baby Boomer voting-eligible population peaked in size at 73 million in 2004. Since the Boomer electorate is declining in size and the Millennial electorate will continue to grow, mainly through immigration and naturalization, it is only a matter of time before Millennials are the largest generation in the electorate.

While the growth in the number of Millennials who are eligible to vote underscores the potential electoral clout of today’s young adults, Millennials remain far from the largest generational bloc of actual voters. It is one thing to be eligible to vote and another thing to actually cast a ballot.

Measuring voter turnout is not an exact science. The Census Bureau’s November voting supplements are a standard data source for illuminating the demographics of voting. Census estimates of voter turnout are based on respondent self-reports of whether they voted in the recent election.

Based on these estimates, Millennials have punched below their electoral weight in recent presidential elections. (For a host of reasons, young adults are less likely to votethan their older counterparts.)

Given the historical context of relatively low voter turnout among young adults, Millennials seemed ascendant in the 2008 election when 50% of eligible Millennials voted. By comparison, 61% of the Generation X electorate reported voting that year, as did even higher percentages of Boomer and Silent Generation eligible voters. In 2008 Millennials comprised 18% of the electorate, but as a result of their relatively low turnout (compared with older generations) they made up only 14% of Americans who said they voted.

Millennial turnout was less impressive in 2012, when 46% of eligible Millennials said they had voted. Since the oldest Millennials were age 31 in 2012 (as opposed to 27 in 2008), the expectation might have been that turnout would have edged higher. After all, an older, more mature, more “settled” age group presumably should turn out at higher rates. This underscores that young adult turnout depends on factors besides demographics: the candidates, the success of voter mobilization efforts, satisfaction with the economy and the direction of the country.

Turnout among Millennials was higher in 2016 – 51%. But again, that’s significantly lower than the 61% of the electorate who voted. In order for their voting clout to match their share of the electorate, roughly 61% of Millennials would have to have turned out to vote in 2016.

While it may be a slam-dunk that Millennials will soon be the largest generation in the electorate, it will likely be a much longer time before they are the largest bloc of voters.

The Millennial generation continues to grow as young immigrants expand its ranks. Boomers – whose generation was defined by the boom in U.S. births following World War II – are older and their numbers shrinking as the number of deaths among them exceeds the number of older immigrants arriving in the country.

Now this is what Pew did not tell you.

Deloitte Insight Research

Baby Boomers, a frequent punching bag among social critics for their excesses, will not head into the sunset quietly (see “The generations defined” by the Pew Research Center). In 2029, the year when the last Boomer will have turned 65, the US Census Bureau projects that there will still be over 61 million Boomers—about 17.2 percent of the projected US population.

They will continue to wield immense influence over every aspect of American society for at least another two decades. As their needs and circumstances evolve, Boomers may yet again challenge conventional wisdom and redefine their role in the American economy. Financial firms would do well to take notice.

Okay, so if the Baby Boomers possess over 50% of the wealth in this nation today, and by 2030 when the last of the Boomers has just turned 65 they will continue to wield immense influence over every aspect of American society, as a little over 17% of Americans will be Baby Boomers yet they will still control over 45% of all American wealth, then why are the Boomers being largely ignored in media advertising.

They may be ignored on Main Street but they will still control the purse strings of our nation long into the future.  So most of those people in a position to influence our future, Baby Boomers, who suffered through what I believe was one of the most divisive, toughest, and unstable ages in our history and survived, will be here to guide us.

Here are some of my favorite people of the Boomer generation.  Here is a list of them, you match the names to the pictures.
