Congressional Black Caucus PAC Endorses Clinton - Black Vote Hijacked Again

Since when did a group of just 30 older black politicians get the authority to speak for the 42.3 million Afro-American blacks in America?

Based on the news media exposure for this CBC special interest group, you would think that blacks controlled election outcomes in American presidential elections when in truth they represent just 13.2% of our total population.

The Congressional Black Caucus in Washington has never had a white member and only two Republican members in its history.  By liberal standards, that makes them racist.

They claimed they endorsed Hillary Clinton because of the work by the Clinton family over the decades on behalf of minorities in America.

From this point on, the facts get fuzzy.

Bill Clinton was the president who took three actions that nearly destroyed the black community when he passed a major criminal reform program, the NAFTA trade program, and the Regulatory Reform regulations for the stock market.

The crime program filled the prisons with new criminals, the vast majority who were black.

NAFTA wiped out the blue-collar manufacturing base in America and opened the floodgates for the corporate flight to offshore islands and foreign nations to avoid high labor costs and taxes in America.

As for the financial regulatory reform, well it turned our stock and financial markets over to the criminals who drove us into the worst recession in our history, wiping out any chance to get financial backing from the credit markets, and burying the public in housing debt.

So why do minority groups like the CBC play into the hands of dynasties like the Clintons, who have demonstrated they are most likely to benefit financially, not the people they claim to champion.

One claim from the CBC members who spoke was that Hillary's support for protecting Planned Parenthood was a reason to back her.  Well both Hillary and Bernie Sanders support Planned Parenthood, so are they also responsible for the death of 17.4 million black children by abortion, and there is no way all blacks in America support such an aggressive termination effort.

Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. The CBC is concerned only for black issues.  That is contrary to the work by previous black American icons like W. E. B. Du Bois, Booker T. Washington, and Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. who recognized the diversity within the black population and sought the assimilation of all people, all races, and all factions within those people into the American Constitutional system.

No group of 30 elders has the right to speak for millions people of all ages, all economic backgrounds, and all levels of academic achievement.  More than half of all blacks have family incomes of over $50,000.  Graduation from high school has improved to the point that 92% of blacks graduate today compared to 96% of Whites.

In higher education, black graduation rates have improved significantly with many of the top universities and colleges in America showing white and black student graduation rates equal or within 10%.  Today nearly 4.6 million blacks are college graduates.

There are many black leaders in business, politics, education, health care, and private industry.  Many of them long ago recognized black voters were taken for granted by the Democrats or the black politicians.

Of course, there is a long way to go to achieve racial and criminal justice equality, but that is not a Democrat or Republican problem, it is an American problem, and the sooner we work together the sooner the problem will be resolved.

As for our youth, when did a new generation of Americans ever accept that the current leaders and standard of living was the best they could expect for their generation?  Times change, needs change, opportunities change, and our youth are smart enough to know the future does not have to reflect the problems of the past but the dreams for a better tomorrow.

CBC made a mistake, they had no business endorsing anyone.  A racist and discriminatory organization has no right to tell anyone what to do, who to vote for, and what to think.  Perhaps our youth could solve the many problems we, and they, face if we stopped telling them what to do and let them tell us how to do it.

Imposing your will and wants on anyone else is not American, nor democracy, and not respect for individual rights and freedom.  Polarization and hatred never solved anything and judging others is a slap in the face to Christianity.  Now is the time to get rid of hypocrisy, and get on with solving problems.  Now is the time to listen to the true heroes of America.

Meet America's Next President - Chris Christie!

 .

Fresh off the largest win by a Republican moderate since Abraham -- Lincoln that is, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie won re-election in the Democratic state with 60% of the vote.

 

Now I worked for New Jersey Governor Thomas Kean and he also did pretty well in the governor races.  In fact, he had the closest and largest election victories in history in 1981 and 1985 respectively.  Moderate Republicans were about to become near extinct after the reign of Kean.

 

 

In 1981 Kean, a moderate Republican, won the governor's race by the closest margin in New Jersey history, just 1,797 votes of 2.4 million cast.  By 1985 Kean won by the largest victory margin in history, getting 69.5% of the vote in a Democrat state and winning by 794,229 votes.

 

Kean ran the most successful "voter inclusion program" ever undertaken by a GOP candidate in the nation.  Kean's record margin included over 60% of the Black, Union and Roman Catholic votes.   Kean was a lifetime civil rights advocate and Coretta Scott King, widow of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., endorsed the governor and campaigned for him.

 

 

 

It was the last time a Republican got over 50% in a statewide Jersey election.

 

Tom Kean was a Princeton blue-blood and genuine nice person, far too nice to be president of the USA.

 

 

But Christie, well he is another story.

 

He went to the University of Delaware and Seton Hall law school.  Not quite Princeton but quite good schools.  He was a volunteer for one of Tom Kean's governor's races.  Then he was United States Attorney for New Jersey.

 

With all the mob activity and corruption in the New Jersey/New York districts not to mention the Wall Street presence, the US Attorney's handled some of the toughest cases and characters in the nation.

 

 

Christie is a rough and tumble straight talking Jersey boy with plenty of girth, grit and gristle.  It is great to see that his diet efforts are paying off as he looked more fit and feisty at the end of the campaign than he looked in years.

 

So far this self-proclaimed conservative with the moderate to conservative leanings has demonstrated everything necessary to become our next president and it is a rare day in America when we have a New Jersey president.  Fact is only one president, Woodrow Wilson, was a Jersey boy.

 

 

Now the eastern liberal media is terrified of the thought of Christie as president so they have started a campaign to convince Midwest and Southern Americans that a smart talking, rather large, and often bombastic dude with a Jersey accent will never be accepted by the voters in the Midwest and South who carry the national elections.

 

MSNBC talking heads scoff at the thought of a Republican from New Jersey being on the primary ballot in Iowa, or South Carolina.

 

Well guess what media mouthpieces, I'm also from the Midwest, Iowa in fact, and there is nothing in our corn and pork diet or hayseed image that says we don't recognize a leader as opposed to a politician.

 

After five years of Obama inertia and Congressional constipation the voters of America, Democrats, Republicans and Independents all, are sick and tired of two party domination and paralyzed politicians.

 

Chris Christie is a rare breed of politician who actually tells you what he thinks and does what he says he's going to do.  Imagine that!  Honesty, even if a little ruff and gruff, would be refreshing.  The ability to do things no matter how big or small is, well, revolutionary in politics.

 

 

Straight talk was a Midwestern trait long before the media hijacked the term for politicians.  And an Iowan would NEVER put the special interests of a political party before what was good for the country.

 

A great, big, giant lie is stretched over this great land of ours like a sinister blanket of fog.  Politicians and financial people have hidden a deep, dark secret of the vulnerability of America to succumb to the overwhelming dark cloak of Greed powering a spiraling national debt.

 

The Madison Avenue pursuit of the young teen and adult demographic (what I call the Fountain of Youth obsession) now expects the children of the nation to pay for the sins of their fathers and mothers TODAY, not 25 years from now when they inherit the multi-trillion dollar debt.

 

 

I say kids can't possibly be that stupid.  They know the difference between a politician who works up a head of steam and one who is lost in a fog.  Christie will never allow that fog to envelop our youth and nation and that is why he will be elected by the Midwest and Southern voters, whether Democrat, Republican or Independent.

 

Move over Woodrow, another Jersey boy is headed toward the top.

Race Baiting in America - The Lingering Cottage Industry

What a shame that in a nation of laws and equality one can find race baiting as a sport reaching new highs or lows depending on your perspective.

 

The Zimmerman trial in Florida in which a jury dismissed all charges against the defendant, George Zimmerman, ruling self-defense, has demonstrated once again how some American traditions transcend politics, time and truth.

Race baiting, that age old practice of proving people are inherently prejudiced even when they are not, is alive and well.

You notice, I trust, that I did not mention discrimination or equal opportunity because while I believe we have made great progress in our history, we are far from a society when there is only one race, mankind.

When you have cottage industries whose purpose seems to be more oriented toward prolonging race hatred, and inciting repressed fears, than helping society as a whole work to eliminate racism against everyone, you still have a problem.

Here in America there are two distinct groups who never hesitate to use race baiting for their own purposes.  There are the so called advocates of an issue, those self-appointed mouth pieces for the invisible oppressed and repressed Americans.

These are the parasites who feed off parasites, grasping at any straw in the wind, no matter how remote from the truth it may be, in order to prolong their own interests like foundations, fund raising, consulting fees, kickbacks and the other benefits of the great American machine of capitalism.

Did I forget to mention the chauffeured limousines available to them, private jets on loan, significant tax deductible donations to their favorite charity?  What about the thousands of dollars in honorarium fees for speaking and the seven course gourmet dinner parties to help the super rich learn about the hatred and fear they missed in their finishing schools?

These people have often taken extremely worthwhile causes and hijacked them for their own purposes.  The pioneers of the American Civil Rights movement, people like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., gave their lives to help wipe out racism and hatred.  Today's so called leaders use racism and fear to turn people against people.  They bring shame to the memory and work of such martyrs.

 

As for the parasites the parasites feed off of, they are the media, whether mainstream, main street, network, cable, Internet, wire service virtual, blogs or just plain stupid.

Back in the 1960's when Civil Rights had a cause and purpose, the most radical advocates for and against the civil rights movement were known as hate mongers and even bomb throwers.  But they did throw bullets and bombs.

 

Today's mouthpieces, whether from the special interests out to protect their special interest or the lawyers who created all the victim's non-profit funds that seem to pay huge salaries to lawyers to watch over the money to the media.

Ah the media.  The only parasite class to give up all pretense of hiding the truth behind some sanctimonious purpose of serving the higher good.  No more lies about being "objective", "unbiased" or "truthful".

Today the media serves many masters and the truth is not one of them.  First and foremost in the media mind is corporate profits and profits only come from ratings in television and lies on the Internet.
 

It is in the best interest of the media ratings that all things good fail, all laws are subject to ridicule, any old storm must be transformed into a major natural disaster in the making, and sex sells.

The more the public is upset the higher the ratings and the more opportunity to exploit hapless victims and their families and the more victims trust funds can be created.
 

Of course thanks to the media packaging of trials and the public response to jury and court rulings, the on camera reporters are so lame, apparently, that they need all kinds of bogus "experts" beside them to help hype the lies being spun to gain more viewers, higher ratings, and more advertising revenue.

Why have the very institutions whose people helped bring well deserved recognition to Dr. King now employed people and tactics that have sold out the very principles Dr. King stood for in the name of racial equality?

“Now there is a final reason I think that Jesus says, "Love your enemies." It is this: that love has within it a redemptive power. And there is a power there that eventually transforms individuals. Just keep being friendly to that person. Just keep loving them, and they can’t stand it too long. Oh, they react in many ways in the beginning. They react with guilt feelings, and sometimes they’ll hate you a little more at that transition period, but just keep loving them. And by the power of your love they will break down under the load. That’s love, you see. It is redemptive, and this is why Jesus says love. There’s something about love that builds up and is creative. There is something about hate that tears down and is destructive. Fear and hatred empower racism and no one advocates fear and hatred more than the parasites who use human capital to make money.  They share the Greed Masters Hall of Infamy in American culture.

Did you know that the Southern Poverty Law Center, one of the pioneers of the Civil Rights movement, has named 31 people as martyrs in the civil rights history of America.  Of the 31 there were 8, or 25%, who were white ranging from housewives to ministers to college students to plain old people.

Paul Guihard, a reporter for a French news service, was killed by gunfire from a white mob during protests over the admission of James Meredith to the University of Mississippi.

April 23, 1963 · Attalla, AlabamaWilliam Lewis Moore, a postman from Baltimore, was shot and killed during a one-man march against segregation. Moore had planned to deliver a letter to the governor of Mississippi urging an end to tolerance.

 

June 12, 1963 · Jackson, Mississippi

Medgar Evers, who directed NAACP operations in Mississippi, was leading a campaign for integration in Jackson when he was shot and killed by a sniper at his home.

 

 

September 15, 1963 · Birmingham, Alabama

Addie Mae Collins, Denise McNair, Carole Robertson and Cynthia Wesley were getting ready for church services when a bomb exploded at the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church, killing all four of the school-age girls. The church had been a center for civil rights meetings and marches.

April 7, 1964 · Cleveland, OhioRev. Bruce Klunder was among civil rights activists who protested the building of a segregated school by placing their bodies in the way of construction equipment. Klunder was crushed to death when a bulldozer backed over him.

 

June 21, 1964 · Philadelphia, Mississippi
James Earl Chaney, Andrew Goodman and Michael Henry Schwerner, young civil rights workers, were arrested by a deputy sheriff and then released into the hands of Klansmen who had plotted their murders. They were shot, and their bodies were buried in an earthen dam.

 

 

March 11, 1965 · Selma, Alabama

Rev. James Reeb, a Unitarian minister from Boston, was among many white clergymen who joined the Selma marchers after the attack by state troopers at the Edmund Pettus Bridge. Reeb was beaten to death by white men while he walked down a Selma street.

March 25, 1965 · Selma Highway, Alabama

Viola Gregg Liuzzo, a housewife and mother from Detroit, drove alone to Alabama to help with the Selma march after seeing televised reports of the attack at the Edmund Pettus Bridge. She was driving marchers back to Selma from Montgomery when she was shot and killed by a Klansmen in a passing car.

June 10, 1966 · Natchez, Mississippi

Ben Chester White, who had worked most of his life as a caretaker on a plantation, had no involvement in civil rights work. He was murdered by Klansmen who thought they could divert attention from a civil rights march by killing a black person.

February 8, 1968 · Orangeburg, South Carolina
Samuel Ephesians Hammond Jr., Delano Herman Middleton and Henry Ezekial Smith were shot and killed by police who fired on student demonstrators at the South Carolina State College campus.

 

April 4, 1968 · Memphis, Tennessee

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a Baptist minister, was a major architect of the Civil Rights Movement. He led and inspired major non-violent desegregation campaigns, including those in Montgomery and Birmingham. He won the Nobel peace prize. He was assassinated as he prepared to lead a demonstration in Memphis.
