More than 50 people have been killed by Greece’s worst wildfire in a decade.

The devastating blaze ripped through villages, holiday resorts and rural areas near Athens after being fanned by high winds.

Of the 104 people injured, 69 needed hospital treatment and 11 were in a serious condition, officials said.

Dozens of cars have been left as charred shells and huge plumes of smoke still hang over affected areas as rescue crews battle to extinguish the fires and find survivors.

Downpours have triggered flash flooding across the country, with torrential rainfall shutting down highways in Colorado and prompting floodwater rescues in New Mexico.

Parts of Maryland are also underwater, as in Pennsylvania, where the rain closed Hershey Park.

Some areas in the Mid-Atlantic are approaching 10 inches of rain already, with more to come.

Flash flood watches are in effect this week from South Carolina to New York state.

Meanwhile, record heat is enveloping the West.

Waco, Texas, saw its highest ever-recorded temperature of 114 degrees Monday.

Phoenix and Palm Springs, California, hit daily record highs of 115 and 119 degrees, respectively.

It even reached a scorching 122 degrees Monday in Thermal, California, in the Coachella Valley.

And the heat isn't over.

Highs Tuesday will be in the triple digits from Southern California to Oregon.

It's expected to reach 113 degrees in Las Vegas, 103 in Dallas and 102 in Burbank this week.

We pause now in our ongoing coverage of the end of Western democracy for a brief consideration of the end of the world. Along with Robert Frost, we can say that the question of fire versus ice as the agent of destruction has been settled in favor of fire, and we even know where the fire is likely to start: above the Arctic Circle, where an unprecedented heat wave has sent temperatures in the far north of Sweden as high as 86 F. The Washington Post’s climate writer, Jason Samenow,  recently reported that the temperature (calculated by extrapolation) in a part of northern Siberia reached 90 degrees earlier this month, 40 degrees above normal. “It is absolutely incredible and really one of the most intense heat events I’ve ever seen for so far north,” wrote meteorologist Nick Humphrey. And after years of increasingly hot, dry summers, the great forests in the far north, all around the globe, are starting to burn.

A forest fire, like virtually all fires, releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, accelerating the greenhouse effect that drives global warming. This is especially true of wildfires at high latitudes, where trees grow back slowly, and where there are the additional risks of carbon-dense peat bogs drying and burning, and also of melting permafrost releasing huge quantities of methane. This illustrates one of the perverse facts about climate change, that almost all the feedback effects are positive (in the technical sense of self-reinforcing, not as in “good.”) As one example, global warming melts ice and snow cover, which tends to reflect the sun’s radiation out to space, while bare earth and seawater absorb it.

Higher temperatures also cause more evaporation, putting more water vapor into the atmosphere. Water vapor — “humidity” to those living in the rain forest, or commuting to work on the subway — doesn’t just make the air feel hotter; it’s a greenhouse gas all by itself, which is why the temperature drops more at night in New Mexico than it does in New Jersey. Some climatologists have hopefully suggested that more water vapor would increase cloud cover and mitigate warming (a negative feedback loop), but the most recent assessment by the International Panel on Climate Change suggests that the net effect of increased evaporation on temperature will be either neutral, or “positive” — i.e., worse.

Almost the entire Northern Hemisphere has been hotter than normal this summer; Denver hit an all-time high of 105 in June, around the same time that Oman reported the highest nighttime low temperature ever recorded anywhere in the world, 109. As I write this, at 10 a.m. Sunday in the East, it is 79 degrees in Austin, Texas, with a forecast high of 105, going up to 108 on Monday. It was so hot there last week that the Austin Fire Department responded to a blaze caused by the spontaneous combustion of tortilla chips (technically, the crumbs and waste from a chip factory that had been left outdoors in the sun). A heat wave in Japan last week put 10,000 people in the hospital; at least 30 died.

It is a convention of the media that any article about heat waves (or forest fires, droughts or hurricanes) must be footnoted with the observation that no one weather event can be definitively attributed to climate change. That reflects both an appropriate caution on the part of scientists, and a preemptive rebuttal to climate-change deniers like Sen. James Inhofe, who a couple of years ago noticed that it was cold in February and sought to cast doubt on decades of climatology by bringing a snowball to the floor of the Senate. But that consensus is beginning to break down. The rule that where there’s smoke there’s fire, which political reporters have begun to apply metaphorically to evidence of Trump campaign collusion with Russia, should apply equally to science reporters covering actual fires.

Inhofe, a mentor to former EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt, has come in for occasional ridicule for his belief that weather and the climate are entirely in God’s hands, absolving the coal and petroleum industries of responsibility. That is a fairly common belief among extreme conservatives. Of course, not all his Republican colleagues get their scientific information from the Bible. As reported in Climatewire, Scott Wagner, the Republican candidate for governor of Pennsylvania, placed the blame squarely where it belongs, on human activity. Unlike most scientists, though, the activity he had in mind wasn’t burning fossil fuels, but, uh… procreation: “We have more people,” he mused at a panel discussion last year. “You know, humans have warm bodies. So is heat coming off?”

It’s true, an average person at rest generates as much heat as a 100-watt light bulb — which if you think about it, isn’t really that much. But human beings are fueled by food, which is to say, ultimately by sunlight, so their metabolism doesn’t actually contribute any net gain of heat to the atmosphere — it’s just moving calories around, from cropland to the places people live. If people walked instead of drove, they would generate (marginally) more body heat, but fewer greenhouse gases and less climate change. 

Wagner had another possible explanation. “I haven’t been in a science class in a long time, but the Earth moves closer to the sun every year — you know the rotation of the Earth,” Wagner said, at the same panel discussion at which he unveiled his theory that global warming is caused by an excess of people. “We’re moving closer to the sun.”

The Earth does move closer to the sun during the course of each year — and then further away for the next six months — but on average it isn’t noticeably closer than it was before scientists noticed that the climate was changing. Also, inconveniently for Wagner’s theory, July is actually when the Earth is farthest away from the sun. (To save him the trouble of going back to high school, the change in seasons is a factor of the way the Earth’s axis is tilted, not how far it is from the sun.)

“His comments were meant to illustrate that there are a lot of theories about what causes global warming,” his campaign manager told reporters. “Scott is running for governor, not to be a scientist, so he will leave it up to scientists to figure out what the cause of global warming is.”

But scientists actually have figured it out, and if politicians would just listen to them and act on that basis — as they are doing in the rest of the world — we could go a long way toward solving the problem. One Republican who understands that is Rep. Carlos Curbelo of Florida, who is introducing a carbon-tax bill this week. Curbelo, not by coincidence, represents a district that stretches south from Miami to the Keys, an area that is considered vulnerable to both a Democratic wave in November and the kind of wave that comes from the ocean with rising sea levels. Curbelo is a co-founder of a bipartisan group called the Climate Solutions Caucus, which currently claims 43 Republicans; together with the entire Democratic caucus, that adds up to a majority of the House. But getting a proposal with “tax” in its name through Congress and signed by a president who is fond of boasting about how much he loves coal has (extrapolating to sometime in the not-too-distant future) a snowball’s chance at the North Pole.

As for Wagner, he didn’t say where he got his theory. Presumably it wasn’t in science class, but one possibility is this memorable episode of “The Twilight Zone” from 1961. As Rod Serling so presciently put it:

“The time is five minutes to twelve, midnight. There is no more darkness. The place is New York City and this is the eve of the end, because even at midnight it’s high noon, the hottest day in history, and you’re about to spend it in the Twilight Zone.”

It was a little over a year ago the Melchizedek prophecies began and forecast a series of unusual events in the immediate future including the beginning of a year of devastating weather anomalies beginning in August and September of 2017.

The intensity of weather patterns would defy all known forecasting models and techniques and a series of weather anomalies would shatter weather records throughout the world.

It would begin with devastating winds coming off the seas, not just resulting in record hurricanes but causing these huge storms to defy forecasting as well as physics and logic.

The assault of hurricanes since late summer certainly did that shattering records and performing incomprehensible physical deviations.  For example, the massive Gulf Coast Houston storm made two complete circles over the Houston area delaying its departure for two days and leaving behind staggering flood damage with flood waters measured in feet, not inches.

Then a series of hurricanes hit Florida and the East Coast after demolishing the islands and nations of the Caribbean, damage still trying to be fixed today.  As a powerful hurricane swept straight up the Florida peninsula a second hurricane stopped dead in the waters off New England while a third pushed them from behind.

Clearly the gods are angry.

Before the winds of destruction from the Gulf Coast and Atlantic Ocean had subsided a new assault from the winds exploded in flames in the west, and the State of California was in a fight for survival.  Wildfires struck with a vengeance catching the West Coast by surprise as the Santa Ana winds in Southern California and Diablo winds of Northern California began a brutal path of destruction in their march to the sea.

As the raging fires engulfed the west coast a bone chilling record cold swept over the Midwest and East Coast from Chicago to Atlanta to New England powered by Canadian Clippers Nor’ Easter, and Lake effect winds, accompanied by piercing temperature drops.  Much of the Eastern half of the nation was a frozen winter wonderland.

Then came the torrential rains in California and the fires of Hell scorching the landscape became massive floods and mudslides destroying anything in their path.  To this day we are still digging out from the mud.

We are now halfway through the year of strange weather anomalies Melchizedek warned us about, already reeling from a ten-fold increase in families seeking disaster aid, over $100 billion in federal disaster assistance, property damage of over $300 billion, with another $1 billion in damage from the California wildfires expected.

What next?

Melchizedek said the initial onslaught would shift to the “ground shaking” in ways not experienced in our lifetimes.  The North Korean nuclear tests have already resulted in unexpected earthquakes on the North Korea and China border.

He also said there would be a sign in the skies of Michigan that would stun the people and scientists with objects blazing a fire trail in the sky as they fall from the heavens and look as if they will crash into the Earth.  The extraordinary light would illuminate the darkness and be seen by many.

Witnesses from Chicago, Northern Indiana and Canada, all bordering Michigan, filmed it.  Was it a series of meteors hitting all at once or one huge meteor?  Forty miles from Detroit a 2.1 earthquake was triggered at the same moment.  Some witnesses say it crashed into Lake Michigan.

Is this the strange light from the heavens over Michigan Melchizedek foretold?  News reports today are filled with reports f the strange lights in the sky, the blazing trail toward earth, and a brilliant explosion that rocked the earth and caused a 2.1 earthquake.

Everything that has happened recently including unlikely side stories or shows like the EU referendum or Brexit vote in the UK, the stunning election upset by Trump, and the bizarre and threatening behavior of North Korea were also predicted, reported in advance, and happened.

What further remains?  More anomalies relating to the light show in Michigan.  We are transitioning into a period where the ground will be shaking all around the world with earthquakes in the Midwest US, China, India, and the Middle East.  There will be a great loss of lives in the coming storms and disasters.

By the time we reach September of 2018 everyone will be aware that what is taking place is far greater than odd weather cycles, than weather anomalies, than climate change could cause.

Earth has reached a critical point in spiritual evolution and has failed to see the light.  We are blinded by the gold of money and not the golden glow of the heart of the Father.  If we do not get back on track of our own volition, the growing veil of darkness will threaten to engulf the earth.

The war between right and wrong, good and evil, in the far reaches of the heavens will pill over into our planet, Earth, causing massive chaos, destruction, loss of life, and a breakdown of institutions.

You see, what happens on earth reverberates throughout the galaxies of Creation.  The failure of our governments and people to connect the dots between our actions and the spiritual consequences, will not be allow to take place by the universe.

Already underway is a massive infusion of the legions of Michael’s Angels into the Earth plane as well as the arrival of aliens from other worlds to battle the darkness and restore the spiritual evolution we have lost.

The battle could rage for decades.

This is not the End Times, though many may wish it was.  It will lead to a worldwide awakening that reminds us we are a small microcosm of the universes, where polarity thrives and a delicate balance must be restored to save the galaxies and inhabitants of all Creation.

The time has come to see through the Maya, the illusion, and seek out the truth.  The people on earth may be a hodge-podge of diverse sexes, cultures, religions, races, tribes, and jumbled ethnicity, but in the eyes of the Creator we are One, just like the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  We are One, humankind, to the Creator and those outside our little world.  Perhaps awareness of the dark side, the angels, and the aliens will help wake us up.

We must become One again, as we were in the beginning, so together we can save our world and the people living here.  In doing so we will fulfill our sacred covenant with the Creator, and do our part for the good not just of earth but all of Creation.

Your awakening and your help are desperately needed to save the planet and save the people, all the people.

First the September 23^rd Rapture

Before we discuss the tragic and record-breaking California Wild Fires and their implications on our destiny, let me just mention to all those desperately waiting for the September 23rd Rapture to take us, September 23rd has come and gone, and we are still here, ALL of us are still here.

That means one of two things happened, first and clearly the most obvious, is you false prophets were wrong, just like all the previous prophets of pending doom, the PPPD.

Or, from a Rapture perspective, and this is most intriguing, you were right.  On September 23rd you lifted off this Hell hole called Earth, meaning there are still 143,999 more left to join you.  You got your longed-for Rapture all right, and you transformed and transported yourself right back to where you came from.  So, we are still here too.

Bummer huh.

The California catastrophe

As I mentioned previously, Melchizedek says we are not being punished for our sins of today.  As more and more people wake up to the fact that we really cannot be experiencing the natural disaster after natural disaster setting record after record, there will come a time very soon when it becomes obvious.  Our incredible stretch of calamitous weather is not a natural occurrence in the cycles of nature.

California wildfires are the worst in history.  Over 22 fires burn out of control today and have destroyed over 3,500 homes and businesses.  Northern and Southern California are both under siege as nothing can stand in the way of nature purifying itself.

Unlike most California wildfires, these attacked towns and vineyards, much more heavily populated places than normal.  Over 8,000 firefighters have been brought in.  The fire destroyed 77 cell phone towers and wiped out the Internet in the process.  As a result, the state emergency notification and evacuation plan collapsed since most people in the area only have cell phones.

Only those lucky enough to have that old antique technology, the telephone land line, were notified of the impending disaster, knew what routes to use evacuating, where to find shelters, and where to find food and water.

These fires have consumed over 270,000 acres of land, leaving nothing but a scorched earth in her wake.  So far there are 31 deaths while hundreds remain missing.  Many are expected to be found once cell phone service is repaired.

This horrific scenario is the latest of the international weather anomalies including hurricanes, extremely high winds, floods, and earthquakes to batter the USA as well as many places across the globe.  Soon we will recognize the string of once every 1,000-year events defies logic, defies physics, defies weather possibilities, and defies natural law.

Only the Creator can allow natural law to be suspended to heal our Mother Earth.  If Earth fails we have no other home and are not prepared to go somewhere else.  This is a result of external, supernatural forces who really do control the weather.

Why are they doing it?

That is the question.  Mother Earth, our planet, is sacred to the Creator and essential to the Creation, especially us.  Melchizedek says Earth and all of Creation came from the one single explosion of thought from the Creator.

We all became at once.

In truth we are all unique forms of energy when we are in Heaven, the Kingdom, or whatever you care to call the place “outside of time” as Melchizedek says.  Unique, but the same.  All of our Creation in time came in one giant explosion of thought forming seven concentric circles from the same point of origin.

Creation is a living, breathing process forever creating and re-creating itself in pursuit of the perfect love of the Creator.  You might call it DNA coding from the spiritual side outside of time.  Creation and the imagination are your engines to live the Will of the Creator in your time on Earth.

All Creations share in the constant creation process thus all of creation must continue to expand and evolve in terms of galaxies, planets, people, animals, trees, and water, plus all it takes to support them. Well Mother Earth is a very important component of Creation.  Since we were put here I guess it would only be fair if we had responsibility for protecting and maintaining what gives us life, shelter, food, health, everything you need to survive.

We pretty much failed in our responsibility to protect or maintain Mother Earth.  Yet our benevolent Creator overlooks such failure and knows our potential, he gave it to us.  Just as we are given time to overcome our shortfalls and find the truth about Creation, so is Mother Earth.

In truth, we are still the weak link in creation, because we still refuse to embrace the concept that we are all equal and co-creators of what we were given in time, or this lifetime.  Mother Earth has to heal herself in order to help us find our own salvation by giving us more time.

Ironically, most of the damage Mother Earth has to heal is from the hands of mankind in the form of the damage from the radiation of over 2,000 nuclear explosions which is poisoning the very core, or engine of our Earth.

We can add to that many more bad decisions over the years as we raped and pillaged the earth of oil, coal, gas, diamonds, crystals, uranium, vast amount of minerals, water, you name it.  Now through our coveted technology we have intensified the problems just as the Internet has intensified the distribution of the problem.

We are slaves of technology, slaves of artificial intelligence, slaves of financial debt, and we covet the wealth and power it brings.  Don’t know what part of that profile reflects the image and likeness of God thing Jesus talks about.

For all these reasons Mother Earth has to fix herself and her medicine bag consists of hurricanes, rains, flooding, fires, tornadoes, earthquakes, and volcanoes, all powerful tools to help her heal the damage we might have caused.

California wildfires seem like a scene out of Dante’s Inferno but in truth they are the only way Earth can heal her wounds, wildfires along with all the other forms of natural disasters.  This intensive healing will bring a year of intense, record-breaking storms, including hurricanes, fires, floods, and earthquakes.  It should end by next August.

Then begin years of additional adjustment with occasional extreme disasters through massive earthquakes and volcano explosions.

Yet this all serves as a message of hope of the highest order and form.  This is being done to assure we have a home to complete our part of the Creation cycle.  It serves as a reminder to us that we are the cause of such harm in the first place by ignoring to accept all of Creation as equal to us.

We are getting plenty of celestial help in keeping alive as a species, but are we learning and spiritually evolving as Earth goes through the healing purification.  If we are, we have much work to do to help fix the problems our race has manifested on earth.

And yes, in time we will realize that there can be only one race, the human race, just as the Hopi Indian have prophesized, for thousands of years.  

The purification of Mother Earth has begun.  Our day of awakening is upon us.  Are you ready to wake up, seek out the truth, and help save our precious planet for our future generations of children?
