Madonna Banned by Radio Station for Lack of ‘Patriotism’

A Texas radio station has a message for
Madonna: Don’t preach about Trump.
Texarkana’s Hits 105posteda message on its Facebook page
alerting its listeners that they’re dumping the Material Girl’s songs
“indefinitely” due to comments they found rather immaterial to being a pop
star.
General Manager Terry
Thomas released a statement explaining why Madonna’s tracks will no longer
be among their 50 minutes of commercial-free hits from the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s:
“Banning all Madonna songs at HITS 105 is not a matter of politics, it’s a
matter of patriotism. It just feels wrong to us to be playing Madonna songs and
paying her royalties when the artist has shown un-American sentiments. If all
stations playing Madonna took their lead from us, that would send a powerful
economic message to Madonna.”
Specifically, the
station referenced Madonna’s “f-bombs” during her Women’s March on Washington speech last
Saturday and this line that’s generated plenty of controversy: “Yes, I’m angry.
Yes, I am outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White
House.”
Madonnahas
since clarifiedthe comments,
writing on Instagram: “I am not a violent person, I do not promote violence and
it’s important people hear and understand my speech in its entirety rather than
one phrase taken wildly out of context … the only way to change things for
the better is to do it with love.”
As usual, the progressive radical left managed to hijack
another wonderful opportunity for mothers, children, and grand children who
swarmed to the Women's March this past Sunday.
They came in support of a multitude of valid women's issues but the
preoccupation of the liberal media with radical celebrities left Madonna at the
microphone in front of tens of thousands of innocents.
She spoke of love and projected hate.
She spoke of love and used the "F" word several
times on live TV.
She spoke of love and wanted to bomb the Trump White House.
What a shame the clearest memory of a truly historic march
is a multi-millionaire bionic tongue shouting F___ to all those families and
children. For someone who made her
fortune here in America
while others defended her in war, it was a fitting last gasp of the progressive
elite who refuse to support a government that did not elect THEIR candidate.
Since Madonna is already trying to explain away her comments
you be the judge if you choose to view the following video showing the example
she set before the hundreds of thousands of females, women, children, and grand
children. Be forewarned, the language is
crude, cruel, and explicit.
It was an internationally broadcast disgrace and hopefully,
it will mark the end of such provocative tactics to secure a moment of glory
for those dark souls who use power to steal souls from the innocent in our
society.
As for the media, they continue to act as though truth does
not matter by saying all women oppose or hate Trump when the truth is Hillary
Clinton received only 54% of the women vote and Trump received 42%, a far cry
from the landslide projections for Hillary by the liberal media.
Liberals seem to think women are a monolithic group, where
all think alike. It is a delusion they
may take to their graves. Women are far
more sophisticated in their knowledge of jobs, the economy, public safety, and
yes, terrorism, than most liberals in general.
Long ago women learned to vote their own conscious, not
follow the pack into oblivion, and even the most divisive of issues such as
abortion reflect a very divided female population with just 29% favoring
unrestricted abortion, 50% favoring restrictions, and 19% favoring no abortions
according to the latest Gallup
polls. In terms of Pro-life and
Pro-Choice, women remain equally divided.
One might wonder if a deliberate effort was made to exclude all those groups supporting family values and traditional causes were not invited since it was hard to find any signs in the crowd.
Hopefully the truth about the far left is obvious and the
media will one day report the truth but after the past eight years of
polarization, it may be some time to come.
One of the most watched and most fascinating Master's tournaments in history came to a conclusion Sunday and it was not the surly Tiger Woods who dominated attention but the somewhat unheralded Phil Mickelson.
You see while Tiger was trying to overcome infidelity problems with his wife Michelson was dedicating the exciting victory to his wife Amy.
Fighting off challenges from two Englishmen, a Korean-American, a Korean, another fan favorite Fred Couples and Tiger Woods, Michelson won his third Masters for mothers, wives and women facing the difficulty of breast cancer.
In fact, both his mother and wife have suffered breast cancer and his wife, whose doctors would not let her walk the course with her husband, did get to greet him at the 18th green. It was a fairytale ending to a terrific championship in which he swept her into his arms and kissed her, long and passionate, while the fans in the gallery and millions of television viewers were wiping tears from their own eyes.
First staged in 1934, it has been a long time since the Masters has given us a great human interest story. Even longer since the tournament has given us the feel good stories that seem to surround the champions like Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Tom Watson and many others.
To know Mickelson, who has been pushed from the golf stories since the Tiger Woods dynasty began, just check out the following that appeared in the Los Angeles Times. These are the characteristics that make for real champions.

With a giant clink, the ball disappeared into the mass of people crowding the left side of the 18th green.
Everyone but Crystal Hodges scattered. The young medical worker from Myrtle Beach, S.C., was not allowed to move. The ball had landed directly under her green folding chair. She was ordered to sit still until her hero arrived.
"Hey, how are you doing?" said Phil Mickelson, approaching with a smile.
"Um, good," she said. "How are you doing?"
How is he doing? Hodges spends her days working with cancer patients. She came to Augusta National for her first Masters on Saturday to cheer Mickelson because he is helping his wife and mother battle cancer. Out of nowhere, her chair had just stopped his ball from further trouble.
How do you think Phil Mickelson is doing? The chair was moved, Hodges was resettled, Mickelson calmly chipped onto the green and saved par to appropriately finish perhaps the most fortuitous round of his life.
"All that he's going through, and he asks how I'm doing?" Hodges said later. "How could anybody not cheer for him?"
Phil Mickelson has made a major contribution to helping golf overcome the Tiger problems and turning attention to what makes sports in America so fascinating. There are a lot of good guys in sports doing a lot for family values, charitable causes, and genuine concern for their fellow man. Thank you Phil for reminding us of that.
Here were the wives of Phil and Tiger together at the last Ryder Cup meet.
